The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. One particular staff member, Vusal, greeted me with a smile even though I arrived late at night. He not only helped me plan and book guided tours and a cruise, but also offered food and drinks when I checked in. The hotel itself is new and impeccably clean, and the location is superb. It's conveniently situated between the old and new parts of the city, making it easy to explore both. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near Galata tower, metro station, and Istiklal street. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Helpful staff and accommodating service. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee provided. Convenient delivery of wifi device.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city! The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from famous landmarks like the Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. The rooms were bright and pleasant, offering a comfortable stay for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The delicious breakfast provided a variety of options, including traditional Turkish dishes. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from our room and appreciated the clean and cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
The language barrier with the staff was a minor downside to our experience.
